Jeg kan da dog se at du skriver at man ikke kan finde selvhævende mel i Danmark. MEN -der er en undtagelse. Der findes en hjemmeisde der hedder foodfromhome.dk, som forhandler en del varer fra England og USA. Din hemmelighed er sikker hos mig :) Har lige fundet en opskrift, som lyder utrolig meget som den mudcake, men hvor der bruges 200 g smør og ingen olie. Mon ikke det alt sammen fungerer helt fint. Jeg har lige endnu et spørgsmål, som jeg håber, du kan svare på. Når du bager, kommer du så bagepapir i hele formen, efter du har smurt den, eller bare i bunden? På dit billede ser det ud som om, at det kun er bunden, men måske har du bare klippet det? Jeg spørger fordi, at jeg som regel bager med bagepapir (dækker hele formen. dvs bund og sider), men jeg synes ikke at siderne på kagen bliver så pæne og jævne, på grund af folderne i bagepapiret. Hvor længe det tager før den er færdig er ikke altid til at sige... du må prøve dig frem med en kødnål eller lignenden. Men for hele kager er det vel 1-1½ time og for cupcakes er det som regel 20-30 min.
